Cohiba Maduro 5 Genios is a Robusto Extra, measuring 140mm with a 50 gauge, Genios are the largest of the Maduro range. Cohiba introduced the Linea Maduro 5 collection in 2007, unique to all 3 cigars in this range, the tobacco wrapper is the Dark Maduro leaf.

This leaf grows at the very top of shade-grown plants, requiring an additional aging and fermentation process over 5 years, resulting in a sweeter flavor and inspiring the name of this collection. Filled with the signature tobacco blend exclusive to Cohiba, all of their vitolas are Totalmente a Mano, Tripa Larga – long filler, handmade, in the famous El Laguito factory.
